i haven't found an injen or k&n for the 2.0, and those are really what i want. everybody's got the weapon r, and i don't want to follow the bandwagon. what site did you see them at?
They are not interchangable. The SE-R and specV are a bit flared near the bottom, and the fog light cutout are different then the 2.0's.latunza wrote:Hey dumb question but the spec v stillen lip kit can i put it on a 2007 2.0 S
injen has the 2.0 for the 97-99, not the 2007+. k&n only has an oil filter and an air filter, not a full intake system. that's why i was asking to make sure, because i had never seen them before.djtorello wrote:

Any info on these swaps? I've been looking to do this for ages. My 2.0/6speed handles amazingly well for what it's supposed to be, but the drums kill it for me. My lease is up in 10 months and rear discs would be plenty of incentive to buy out the lease.djtorello wrote:
There are a few available options, You can grab the parts for the SE-R or SpecV from a junk yard, or craigs list or ebay. Same parts from the Altima as well. $400 +
You can do the Dodge neon rear disc brake swap. $400-$800
im willing to do this .. but i live in florida .. actually in south west florida ... but there is a guy in tampa that works with uprev on the 350Z my buddy has and if he would be able to do something with it i would lend you guys everything you need !!uprev wrote:We're actively looking for Sentra Owners in the central Texas area to come buy and let us do some ECU work. First we'll need to get some of the ROMs fromt he ECU, once we have them patched we can work on getting the tuning software going.
We should be able to have it ready for our Pro Tuners in a very short time if we have some cars made available.
Also sort of curious as to forcing the CVT into a steady state for tuning, and what kind of reliability there will be with them. If any of the Nissan techs want to step forward and offer some guidance on the CVT setups, it would be greatly appreciated not only by us but by all the owners of cars with them.

That's all for the 2.5 though. I need a kit for the 2.0.06_blkout wrote:The B16 Turbo kit by Treadstone is available now.

I think I'll be ok. I dont really need to turbo this car. I think I'll just leave it N/A for now, unless some cheap bolt on kit comes out later on. I'll just get a project car for something to make big power in.06_blkout wrote:You gotta talk to that guy with the turbo MR20...he was at the Sandy Point Mega Meet last year, really cool dude his name was Jimmy from NY. I can try to find him if you'd like.
