Hi Everyone! I just want to thank every single one of you for helping in our cause to let people know about this business, and its owner. I am Joe603's wife (Trish), and I could not believe the way the owner of this business treated my husband and I. We had this sub in the trunk facing outward so when Joe showed the owner how he wanted it mounted the owner surely would've seen a big gouge like that and had it noted before install to cover liability. He didn't because it wasn't there, and when we showed him, he got angry at me!! I have never had a business owner say he was "Done" and walk away in my life. When I said (as he was walking back in the store) that his business runs on reviews and I will be sure to tell everyone I know, he said "go for it". So I did, and will continue to tell everyone I know about Ted Upchurch and Radioactivecarstereo. I contacted the bbb and they said we didn't have any legal stance. This is not a bbb accredited business either. We had his G's windows tinted there previously and didn't have any issues with the install. We work hard for everything we have, and I don't appreciate someone defacing it and then denying responsibility.
Again, thank you so much for your time in bringing this post to the top. It means so much to me!! If I can save just one (or 100) people from having to go through this, then it is worth it.

If Ted Upchurch doesn't have the ability to admit when his business puts a gouge into a customer's car, I wouldn't want to begin to imagine what would happen if Radio Active Car Stereos crashes a customer's vehicle. Ted Upchurch, being a coward, would probably blame it on the car's brakes.

Just as clarification he didn't put a gouge in our car; he put a gouge in the subwoofer enclosure he was supposed to install.

Good to see you post up, Trish. Definitely keep us updated on the situation! I've been in your position before, and NICO definitely helped me get Dobbs Honda in Memphis to page 1 of a google search. In my experiences with this, unfortunately you guys probably wont see any reaction from the business, but whether someone posts or not, you are probably deferring business away.

Some weird thing about creating an account to bash a business thing. If you don't have other positive reviews, sometimes they wait until you do to publish it.

I don't consider it "bashing a business" if I tell the truth. Then it is just the facts good/bad/ugly.
Again thanks to everyone for helping us in bringing www.radioactivecarstereos.com to the top of a search.
