Hey, would it be too much trouble to list all of the parts you have/need to do that swap?

damn, one day, i guess if you had a couple good mechanics with all the parts in front of them, it could be done, thats quite a task you're taking on though

Auto-X the next day? Aren't you supposed to allow 500 miles for the parts to break in? Seems like a lot of work for nothing if something goes wrong?!??

Note - It helps to loosen the engine mounts, and then lift the front of the engine up a bit with a jack. Makes putting the transmission a whole lot easier.

i put in the transmission with the engine bolted in but i did jack up the front some to tilt it back. then turn the transmission almost 90 degrees to the right and it should slide right in

Yeah, my first time replacing a clutch I replaced the transmission with the engine left as it is. Pain in the a**, but after some massaging, it eventually fit. Second time went a lot smoother with the engine slightly lifted.

yeah, i have most of the procedure memorized, except for the wiring... i really do not care if i have reverse lights or 4th and 5th gear sensors.. but as for the nuetral saftey switch, some posts say they cant start it without it being "bypassed" and others say they don't have anything hooked up whatsoever... so i don't know. there was a post that was supposed to have pics of the wiring, but the link to the pics was broken, anyone have any thoughts?
