Ok first with your CD deck, it's really personal preference, which ever one you will like looking at all of the time. All manufacturers are giving all of there units enough power nowadays and it depends on if you want satellite radio, and wether it XM or Sirius. Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, Eclipse, Panasonic, and Sony are all very good manufacturers. I personally would recommend Pioneer I have used all of the above metioned CD decks, and the best ones I have ever used are Pioneers, the looks are very nice, they aren't underpowered, good rca voltage which is good for hooking up external amps, they don't skip with heavy bass, and jolting suspension, and there prices retail are great.
As for speakers, just like goldollar said, it depends on what you want, if you aren't going to hook up an external amp to them, I would get some low wattage speakers, RMS wise, not peak. I personally would reccommend a nice set of 6.5 inch components in front,a set of 6.5 coaxials for the rear and a 4 channel amp to un them off of. Alpine, JL, JBL make some very nice coaxials and components. I use Kove KC euro 6.5's components in my 240 running each with 300 watts,
http://www.koveaudio.com. I highly recommend Kove, but they don't come cheap. As for amplifiers, Alpine, JBL, Kenwood, Kove, Cadence, Massive Audio, there are many, Just figure if you can buy it at Walmart, autozone, or the fleamarket, you probably shouldn't get it.
