The one's I've got on order (2 weeks left!) are 17x9's and have been guaranteed to fit. Does anyone have pics of what needs to be trimmed with 32's? Maybe how they did it also?sicwitit wrote:hey guys, I'm looking for something again. I want to know if a 9" wide wheel will fit on R50's with the proper offset, also how to properly size wheels for 7"-9" wide wheels?
I've probably got just about an inch more on my lift, maybe a little more in the front. What's the heights of the upper most part of your fenders? I'll measure mine tomorrow. Did you have to trim anything in the rear or was it all in the front? Sorry for the hijack Sic.fueler wrote:no pics but now that i think about it, i needed more than just trimming. I used a small mallet to bash in the part where the front mud flaps screw on to, it rubbed right there but then again you have a lot more lift than me so really the best way to find out is to fit them and adjust whatever is necessary.
Also, making it fit for regular driving is one thing but making it fit for hitting dips / off-road terrain at 60+ is another thing!!

If not, would a 265/65 be better?
If I understand the system correctly and you go 8" wide with a 0 offset chances are you're going to be hitting your strut springs. You need got be at a maximum offset of -12 and minimum backspacing of 4". Check out this chart:sicwitit wrote:so I guess Ill be going with a 18x8 +0 offset and a 265/60/18 or 265/65/18 and see how it fits without a lift first. I'm not worried about trimming, I get kind of happy with trimming off stuff.
