What a white kid, like myself, would call a native Hawaiian/Samoan if he were too lazy to commit suicide.

...It's not actually that bad of a term as it's used on the radio/TV all the time, but it's basically real local guy, normally of the large, haole-hating variety. (haole being technically hawaii's version of gaijin, but typically used in reference to crackaz)

FRP would suck. The whole point of that lip is that it is urethane and looks awesome. It won't ever get destroyed.

Yeah, urethane is the shiznight.

I haven't ordered one yet, but I have inquiries with both companies. I'll probably end up going with the second link.

After the bills get paid, I'll be ordering one.

No word yet from the vendors... I want to make sure no one's going to get screwed or surprised in buying one... so if you can wait, wait.

so true, i won those skirts on ebay, i might just macco it since its a street car, then the build. its only a mild build though 320-350 whp is teh goal. Or slap a gt3535 on with FC 550's and a chipped ecu run that till i blow it.

Good news and bad news.

The second site listed do longer carries ANY automotive parts, which means that obviously we can't buy through them. So... Parts411.com is out. The other site, StreetBeatCustoms.com DOES carry them and, for California buyers, can have the lips drop shipped from Xenon in pretty quick order. Obviously, they can still ship anywhere else, it'll just be fast for CA buyers.

I am waiting to hear back from their customer service department regarding what kind of bargain we might be able to get if a bunch of us want in. I suggested that we'd have probably 10 folks ready to go in if we could get the price dropped or shipping free. Or something. STAY TUNED.

I will of course have to patch them through Greg if they are up for it, but I suggested that we'd have probably 10 folks ready to go in if we could get the price dropped or shipping free. Are they actually producing new ones, or is this just a limited number that's left?

Who's interested? Let's say they can knock $60 off the purchase price... down to $239 or so? NO PROMISES, GUYS, but just to get an idea...

We need to know that there are people who are REALLY interested before anything can be made official...

Xenon said they "have enough for a big order like this." I don't know what that means, though.
