ive emailed you it seems like dozens of times, with no response. ive called your house several times and left messeges on your machine and with your mother(i think). its really important that you contact me. its been like 3 months since i ordered the manifold from you. if anyone else has a better way of getting ahold of this guy, PLEASE, let me know.

Yeah, join the club...parts were supposed to be here two weeks ago...he now has 2400 dollars of my money and I havent seen a damn thing. He gave me two tracking numbers that were worthless and then I wasnt able to contact him again last week. He's apparently in Colorado right now, or was over the weekend. I plan to try to get ahold of him again today.

Amen to that...he's definitely fallen off of this board and I never see him online either. I talked to Ian today and he HAS gotten his turbo and stuff, so maybe I'll have luck...we'll see.

i think we should replace him as moderator with someone else thats on here regularly and has a running CA, he didnt even have a 240sx

i just want my damn manifold or my money back! i dont want to have to take legal action. i have enough concerns; with flashoptions and everything.

Something I am considering unless I can get ahold him and he has a damn good explanation. My dad (he's tired of the car in the garage and I'm only home for summer) has offered to drive to minnesota with me to pick up the parts since shipping seems to be such a problem, if you can make it to Dallas, your welcome to come

the last i heard from him, he was having trouble with customs. that was like 2 months ago though. i think if he really had the parts, they would be shipped. i just dont think theyre in his posession.

Well, he last told me that your shipment had been screwed up by his partner and he had turned it over to him...so take that as you want, he should have at least notified you of the situation.

Sorry about the drama you guys are going through! I hope you all can either get your parts or just plain 'ol get your mone back because times are tough and this turbo stuff ain't no joke whether you're rich or not. Just getting a hold of him now seems to be an issue so I extend sympathy to you guys. It happened to me with an intercooler from some guy in Illinois and luckily for me after 2 months, he did not cash the money order.

I don't get how people that treat their customers like this stay in buisness. It's just rude, unperfessional and uncalled for, especially if your one of the ones who gave the guy money already. I feel the pain. When I sent my car to Kansas city to get the turbo on it, DARK SOL MOTORSPORTS had it for almost 4 weeks. I called about 15 + times a day, just to get a machine, inwhich they nevere returned my calls. They put on about 700 miles on my car and a year later I spent another $1000.00 to get their f***ups fixed. I feel for you guys-- sorry it's happening.

HEY! If this guy is in Minnesota, let me know, I am in FArgo/Moorhead, which is roughly 4 hours north west of Minneapolis/St. Paul. I dont mind road trips. I can rustle up some muscle if stuff needs to get done!

Back for an update! I finally got ahold of him and he said his dad had come into town/he had been out of town and had been really busy. Apparently the parts didnt ship out because his partner didnt pay the Airborne Express bill but he assures me that if I call him at 11am in the morning he will have the tracking numbers for me and everything will be on the way here. So it's looking up but I'm still waiting until I can play with the stuff for any rejoicing.

I used to have a del Sol so I hung out at darksol.com ALOT a few years ago. I have never heard of anything bad from these guys. I know Dave personally and he is a great guy. I wonder if they are under new management or have lackey's working for him now. That is VERY disheartening. Sorry to hear that one.

guys,yes i have been mia for awhjle now. now that i am working full time i have zero time to do anything. i dont check my email regualry anymore. i do have alot of drama in my life and i was just with my dad last weekend who i havent seen in 6 months. dustin and nathan i am working on finishing taking care of everything for you. i was in the house brifly when you called today dustin. you will get ur refund back this week. nathan your stuff will be there this week and when i get back home tonite i will email you. for work i have been extremely busy there is a huge showcase coming up in july that i have been preparing for and that means practicing from 9 am to 11 pm usually. by the time i am off of work i am exhausted. anyone else who has orderd something has received it already. i'm not out to get any of you. yes i have drama in the past. sometimes if still follows around. but i have doen nothing but good(yes sometimes that does come with delays) which i am very sorry for. ian has received his turbo and all the other parts he ordered and i sent most of it before payment even arrived to me. actually he said he sent a money order to me last week and i still havent gotten it. i am not worried ians a good guy and i have no bad ideas at all. its best to reach me at home when you can get ahold of me. it seems the only way since i dont live on my computer anymore. you guys i am terribly sorry i disappeared and can only imagine whats runnign through your heads. anyway i'm out for now. i should be online for alittle bit tonite so email me if you need to and i will get them.

Deposited $1000.00 for a HKS GT3040 turbo kit for my SR20 in the last week in March. Got $500.00 paypaled back in the begining of May. I've talked to him sparingly the last month but I've been promised twice for a refund and I've still got nothing.-James

Well, nothing came today either and I called...was told he would be home around 11...then called three times after eleven and got no answer...well one time it rang like twice and then went silent and then I got a hang up tone...you know, like someone hung up on me. So the parts damn well better show up tomorrow or I'm really going to be pissed off, I ****ing hate it when people ignore my calls, there is NO excuse for ignoring someone's calls and not e-mailing them back when you have 2400 dollars of their money and nothing to show for it.
