That really sucks...and they are in Malaysia...at least I can drive my *** up to Minnesota if necessary. Brian...if your reading this: I'm nearing the end of the time allowed to contest a credit card charge with my credit card company. If I dont have EVERYTHING in my hands the day before then, I'm going to have to contest the charge. I am NOT going to loose my hard earned money over this. I dont care if you say they are on their way or give me tracking numbers at that point they WILL be in my hands or I WILL backcharge the credit card, I dont care if a friggin bolt is missing, if the order is incomplete in any way I'm going to contest the WHOLE charge. This is wasting my time, my car is on jackstands and I have no transportation, I had to walk to lunch at work today in the ****ing rain because those parts arent here yet. Yeah...I'm really mad right now. You keep leading me on and telling me they are on their way but I hear nothing from you and see no sign of progress. If you have to take the parts to work with you and get airborne express to pick them up then so be it, but they damn well better ship out. This can all be avoided if you had taken 5 ****1ng minutes to e-mail me the tracking numbers this week. I only say all of this on NICO because you yourself say that you dont check your e-mail but as evinced by your previous post in this thread you DO occasionally check here.

Quote »there is NO excuse for ignoring someone's calls and not e-mailing them back when you have 2400 dollars of their money and nothing to show for it.[/quote] Dayuuumm! Somebody is pretty pissed and with good reason! I ain't mad at you "Nathan". Money is money and no one wants floating money (Gains no interest). Do what you gotta do to protect yourself for I would do the same. Not trying to Diss you Brian, but business is business and when you got someone's cheese (I don't care if it's $.50) you are now obligated to them until you have repaid them. At least that's the way it goes here! I hope all this shipping crap gets resolved soon or people just get their money back! And at this stage of the game, most people don't want the money as much as they want the parts. Us CA18 guys can't get everything we want locally so we depend on guys who have contacts overseas, but if this is what happens when you go that route, it will mess up business for everyone else that's trying to help out fellow members. "USDM_OneVia" sent me a check for shipping a complete a CA18DET swap and sent a very large sum through paypal yesterday and his engine was shipped out yesterday and now I am obligated to him until his warranty expires. That's business and I'm not the seller of the motor, but I made the gesture which appealled to him and he has trusted me despite of what's been happening around here. And when he calls, he gets an answer or a response to his emails. It's called "Good business" and I think the few of us with parts to sale or can help one another get parts, don't need the bad publicity. So let's fix this situation and get on with our lives because this song and dance is old and these guys either want their parts or want their loot "Point Blank".

Yeah, you could say I'm pretty pissed...it was the walk to lunch in the rain that was the straw that broke the camels back.

Fo' sho! I was a bit worried about sending a HUGE chunk of cash to someone I don't even know, but boost_boy seems like one of those guys that is in it for the sport of it, and not so much of the business side of it. Sure he had a motor, and I had the cash, but you just gotta know the person you are dealing with. Plus Jon spoke very highly of him, so I figured its all good. Just waiting until Wednesday when my motor comes in! Thanks again guys.

Brian - You are advised to contact a NICO moderator (preferably myself or Fred) at your arliest convenience. We will be assisting with providing your IP info to the aggrieved parties if we do not hear from you.

Thanks.

Hey Brian,You know you still owe me $1200? Now you're scamming on the NICO boards....

How the hell did brian become a moderator anyways.....just curious, does he know the owner of the board?

Ohh also, everyone that has gotten scammed from brian, make sure to keep all your emails and everything.

You guys can read a lot about brians frauds on the mr2 forums, he owes a lot.

Here's the one for me:http://www.board.mr2faq.com/sh...10410

and again he lied.

yes that was a mistake, by all means dont let it effect your view of the administration, moderators, and family members . they were mislead as to what type of person he was, and they they did not have knowledge of his past. i used to speak with him daily he seemd like a very good guy, my friend adam has even met him and sold him that motor Nathan has now, he spoke highly of him. but from this and the Mr2 threads, i do not trust him any longer ,and if i get ahold of him ill pass on the contact information i use to find him.

brian if you read this, i truely feel sorry for these guys ,and you better make this right. i nolonger have any respect for you, you have had plenty of time to make arrangements with them! having a job and working all the time is no excuse for this, these were your customers and you had a responsibilty to them, you failed to meet that responsibilty and now you are goin to have to face the legal consequences ,and the nico family will help them pursue this many are in law enforcement and know a few things about the law, and i hope they will help educate them in the proper ways of filing charges against you and pursuing them untill somthing is done to rectify this situation. you have commited many acts of fraud these are felonys and maybe even fedral felonys carrying with them jail time ! make this right and respond to them ,myself ,fred and or hitman.

Fred, Hitman, now might be a good time to discuss amongst the moderators and the Administration about gathering such information about the moderators, like home tele numbers and adresses, i know this will probably never happen again but i would have liked to known that with him in a position of such that he would have had to given critical info about himself to avoid gettin away with this.

sorry for the long post but i needed to voice my opinion again

Hey everyone. I thought I should post since i actually received everything I ordered. (He was gettin me headbolts for free but never got them but thats besides the point) I got an exhaust manifold at a cheaper price than what he originally was charging cuz it took so long to ship. I thought the service was fine so I bought a Supra IC also. I then ordered a GReddy TD06 19c from him but somehow it was lost in japan or something in customs. Then his friend had a IHI RHC6 (ceramic wheels, dual bb) so I got that instead. Great price but I needed to send his friend an extra 200 bones. I sent it and he is now saying he never got it. I went to check to see if it had been cashed and it had so I'm not sending another one. If he's screwing ya'll over I dont want his friend to **** me, ya know? I hope you all get your parts or a refund from him. He was always good with my stuff. Sometimes slow to ship but I got my stuff next day when he remembered. I'm really sorry for the rest of you and I feel bad being the only one who got everything. If he contacts me anytime soon, I'll let you guys know.

Hope this ends well, whether you get your stuff or he gets punished.

I couldnt even find the phone number for paypal...stupid site pisses me off. you have 60 days to contest a charge...at least with VISA. It was very suspicious how as we neared that 60 days brian kept vying for just a little more time...I think he was trying to get it over 60 days so I couldnt do anything, oh well...didnt work, hello full refund :D
