yeah i feel bad for cali, texas ppl. i live in arkansas no cops say **** to me. but the cops here suck anyway, i have ran redlights right in front of cops and they dont even try, dmv sucks too, ppl drive around all the time no plates, lights completely off at night, no taillights, theres wayy too many rednecks cutting off there exhausts and lifting trucks wayy too high, they cant do anything about it.i guarantee it if they made cars pass inspection, emissions, etc 40% of the cars would fail sooo hardcore... but dont get me wrong except for not being hassled AR sucks hard

Yeah, the cops in ATL seem to have it in for tuners too. The laws aren't as strict (you only have to pass emission really) but they will look for things. You can ask nzmoman on the forum about how he got a ticket for window tint when his windows were rolled down...

At least now that I'm in Charlotte my car is old enough that it doesn't have to pass emissions!

i've seen planty of the new chargers, 300C, mustangs all domestic riding around with blacked out head/tail lights. especialaly (spell) the dub edition of the charger and 300C. when i was in roxbory was a 300c with black every thing. NC will let that go but not tinted windows that are a little dark.
