I haven't installed my turbo yet i still need a manifold and injectors. but i'm pretty sure it's solid. I used a pretty thick gauged sheet metal and welded then added sealer to it and filled it up with water to see if it leaked.

I'm gonna have to build one myself because i absolutely refuse to get rid of my A/C. I am just gonna buy the individual parts like the 90's,T's,flange etc. i am going to have to mount it at an angleto clear the low side a/c line and master cyl.

it depends what turbo you go with
im running a 50 trim right now and i could have hooked up the ac but the line was touching the turbo if you go with something smaller it wont touch but it will be uber close

Would a JGS log-style manifold be the best one? It seems like it would offer the most clearance, and the DIY kit would allow even more placement options because you have to cut the log and mount the flange, given the turbo will clear the other stuff (master cylinders, steering, etc...). It just seems like it would offer that extra bit of custom placement over an already-welded manifold.

I think I'm gonna go with this idea i found from a guy on KA-T

The guy said it cleared the a/c and it flow really good, it will be a hell of a lot cheaper and less time consuming than a diy mani. What do you guys think

Looks more like a collector from a VG to me lol...
Theres always remote mount below the bed, right in front of the rear axle. You could pull fresh air from a box in the bed and your BOV would be super loud :)

Yes it's a turbo manifold, or it bolts strait to the manifold, it's a J pipe that this guy made coming off of the manifold, instead of using a turbo manifold. The turbo is still mounted in the same area but it's not in the way of the a/c. I think it's a great idea and i'm gonna go ahead and do it.

The reason that has 2 pipes is because the mani from a d21 has 2 pipes coming out of it. Look at ur trucks exhaust mani and u will notice there is a Y pipe bolted to the mani.

It sits in a good spot and allows you to keep the a/c. I don't think it would flow too bad at all.

OK so i finally figured out the flow rate of the super charged Frontier injectors. Motor Man injectors says they are 324cc, and an ebay guy claims he has some that are 370cc. Either way even the 324cc can support 200bhp which is about where i want to be. If you think about it the s/c Frontier has 215 hp and thats a V6 s/c so 200hp isn't bad for a 4 cyl. Anyways i am gonna be using a T25 turbo and the 324cc or 370cc will be good enough for me. Tell me what you guys think about the flow rate info i have got.
