Apple's iPad, any NICO looking/installed it in their Coupe?

Not sure if it's possible in my Coupe but this is what it looks like. Right now I'm using Velcro with my 4G nano, using the AUX input but the iPad is way too heavy for it.

I've been (or at least try hide it from police) doing it since they came out with Portable DVD Players. Apple just made it easier with their iPod's and now the iPad.

word... it's like having a dvd player in ur car. or a carputer. like i know someone has on here. only difference is this is a lot simpler and can do way more.

Strongly disagree. Aftermarket head units have always had this ability, and more. Here are some of the things I can do that an iPad is incapable of:

Watch dvds
Listen to cds
Use navigation without an internet connection (AT&T sucks)
Obtain better audio quality
Bluetooth integration
Satellite radio integration
Backup camera

And so on... Aftermarket head units destroy the iPad.

rursid, I have the wifi model. I've never had overheating issues. The wifi has dropped a handful of times, but it picks it up right away. My netbook drops wifi more often, but I think that's a problem with a crappy antenna.

I don't consider it bragging because even if I was hanging out with a "prius crew" I still would have said I was with a prius crew. or even a Ford pinto crew. I've gotten flamed in the past for being too descriptive but that was because I mentioned what ethnic background the person was (not in a derogatory way or anything though) and people were flaming me asking why I had to specifically say they were of that background... but what ever, hate it or love it, I'll still be in the altima coupe forums

plus how is saying benz and BMW bragging? MOST people (including my friends) buy BMW and benz used and in that case, almost all the members on here with a 3.5se could have gotten a BMW or Benz (most 2.5s owners too). I kicked it with some Altima coupe friends the other day and even made a thread about it and not 1 person considered it bragging. I don't value one brand over another. if its a good car then its better then a not as good car regardless of what brand it is.... except any Hyundai or station wagon.... I really hate on those lol everything from an elantra to genesis and everything from a Mazdaspeed3 to a Porche Panamera..... oh and another thing I remembered! the other day I was talking to a Palestinian guy on facebook about how I got lowering springs from a Moroccan guy from Canada (Mehdi) and even LBC commented on it. but what ever, its late and I'm starting to ramble on lol sorry to the OP for thread jacking

I didnt watch this whole video out of boredom, but how are you supposed to connect an iPad into an amp or even stock speakers for that matter? You have to have some sort of head unit or signal processor. iPad would take up the entire center section of an A/C, where are you going to put your headunit/processor so you can adjust volume and such?

If the answer is in the video I'll go back and watch it, but I thought the kid in the backseat was a little suspect...he creeped me out.

A line out audio converter to an audio processor. Fairly simple. Using the audison bit one in this vehicle.
