Apple's iPad, any NICO looking/installed it in their Coupe?

I've been looking into carputers or making my own. Haven't thought
of it as a movie player & with the new Motorola Droid Xtreme able
to make a wifi hotspot I'm getting I might have to consider this.

What I need to know is if the Ipad can use my ipod adapter to output
video to my 3 screens...could it be a wired keyboard & surf on my screens???
