I had the greddy kit. I bought it like 4 years ago. I know I was one of the first people that had it besides red-kat back in the day. It was never carb legal in california it was always carb pending. The kit is garbage so i pretty much upgraded everything on it.

Anyways Im in norcal area. Im a hour north of sacramento and a hour south of chico. There are 2 other ka-t's in my town but both of them are my friends. Other than that only other ka-t person around me that I know is sunnyS14

1. The wastegate on the greddy kit is way to small. If you add a larger downpipe or a test pipe you get hella boost creep. 2. It has a retarted restrictor plate in the intake because if it is not there it will make you have boost creep. 3. The e-manage tune runs insanley rich4. The fuel system is pretty weak since it comes with only 370cc injectors5. For what you pay for the greddy kit with a fmic someone could put together a turbo kit for the same price but instead of having 200whp they will have 300whp6. the 20g greddy provides cannot compare up to the normal 20g turbo's dsm people tend to use. I beleive this one has a smaller a/r than many other average 20g turbo's7. The only good reason to buy the kit was the hopes of it becoming carb legal cause thats why I bought it but after e-mailing greddy many times they pretty much said its not going to happen. 8. E-manage you cannot reprogram unless you buy all the acessories and IMO its sort of a hassle and Id rather have a tuned ecu that controls timing and my Air fuel ratios
