I've been running an HX35 for the past several months on my RB25. I just went out to try and shoot some video for a write up, but rain & wet roads ruined any useful shots (boost, rpm, etc..). That and I also blew off a charge pipe. Anyway I'll post the write up in a separate thread, compiling all my holset knowledge, and try and get some decent video tomorrow.

You can drill and weld a flange for an external gate on the stock manifold. Costs about 50 bucks and you can run a tial 38 with whichever turbo you choose....

You don't have to run it at it's peak efficiency. Remember, it's a deisel turbine. I'm sure you could get a little more than 400 motor horsepower with it on a RB20.

I think a gt2871r is 400hp capable. And yes, its offered in a t3 flange, internally gated, spools fast.

Take a look on the aussie forums. They are down with the tiny response offering turbo's a whole lot more than american rb owners are. They call t3/t04's laggy, and gt2530's are bolted to probably half the rb20's on those sites.

1.5bar (22psi). I've got some spooling vids, I just never posted them on SF. Guess I'll go get 'em now.
