Just curious if anyone has done the install on the L? Wondering if the wiring harness would be on there at all or if they left them off since it would never have been an option on the L.

Hadn't seen what would have to be done if the wiring harness wasn't there from the factory.

I checked the online parts catalog and shifters are not an option on the Long body so you'll need to wire it yourself

In the original install thread someone did find the harness already in their ‘16 Q70L AWD. So that gives me hope. I’ll just need to take my plastic off and see.

mine was tucked and taped behind so I initially thought I didn't have it. I think there was someone selling the bracket recently on the forum

Just to circle around to this. Took the shroud off and my L does have the wires.

Does it have the bracket also?

Also take a look at the bottom shroud and make sure you don't buy that part number

Didn’t see a bracket. I’ll have to find one with the shroud and paddles.

Taking my time with this as I need to pay down some debt. Wanted to get the bracket since that seems to be the hardest thing to get a hold of.
