Where's the review man?

I don't smoke, so this is completely odd to me, but we had a guy at work that sold these things.

He would sit at his desk all day long and smoke these things. He was doing it probably 3 times more then regular cigarettes. I just have to wonder if this will make some people's addictions stronger as there are currently no restrictions on where you can smoke.
