anyone able to reach adam or anyone else at afterdark?

I've been trying to get in touch w/ someone there for close to 2 weeks now. Their phones seem to be off and I've yet to get a response fro ma message I left or an email sent to adam himself. Not trying to moan or complain just wondering if anyone else has been able to reach someone in the last week and a half

I was up at the shop last week on Tuesday and Wednesday. They are pretty busy, just keep trying and leave a message if you have to.

depends on what kinda message you left him. If you left him a "question" type of message, most likely you won't get a respond because for them, MONEY talks first. That's how they make money anyways so you can't blame them. It's hard to find good help these days.

he already has 7 thousand of my dollars so i would think the least he could do is tell me if everythig i sent has arrived yet

just got an email from adam seems he has no one to answer the phones right now due to all the swaps in line so best bet is probably email if you're trying to get in touch w/ him

yea there's just about no one i know anywhere around here that's even seen an sr let alone worked on one and i'm not exactly proficient enough to feel comfortable dropping in my own engine . i have a good friend in houston who's a supra guru just about so any help here and there i need he can probably give me some pointers just don't feel like asking him to go through all the trouble to do my swap seeing as how he was kind enough to get me all my extra parts at cost anyway

I have been trying to reach Adam since Sunday 8/10/03 when my car was supposed to be delivered. I have been calling and e-mailing him everyday and I haven't heard anything from him so who knows where he is.

I spoke to Adam on 8/11. I believe he was out of town this weekend. I admit that Adam is much harder to get in touch with since the staff at AfterDark has dwindled. I don't care much for the machine either. I believe that I am the last of the original depositors that has not received their car back. Like worknprogress I have over 5k with AfterDark. I set up a day for Adam to call me with updates once a week. That seems to work the best for me. If you don't already have business with Adam I would suggest email and patience.

Actually I think I was fortunate enough to be the last original depositer to get their motor. You were probably part of the january group.

I'm sorry everyone, I am still alive. : ) The best way to get a hold of me is by E-Mail. I don't have anyone to answer the phones, and I don't have time to generally. Every couple of days I have a call back day but even then I don't generally make it through everyone. : ( Write me an email and you'll get a much quicker response because I can condense everything and get it out very fast. Sorry that it's hard to get a hold of me!! Also, Jared, the rest of your stuff isn't here yet - you may wish to give your guy a call. Enjoy your day!!

just a quick question: has everyone who has paid for a motor or asked for a refund gotten it? i am asking this because i agreed to let adam keep the 3K i sent him and i am hearing a story on FA about how he asked for a refund a month ago and still no refund. Adam seems straight up and is very nice, but i want to see what everyone has to say.

I paid, cancelled, and got a refund+intrest

Adam was great to work with and always awnsered my questions in due time. I just couldnt wait any longer.

I visited his shop 2 friday's ago (8/8/03), my swap was done about a month ago. Now he's trying to sort out wiring issues since then. I know he's been close to finishing the whole swap. So I'm quite anxious to get my car back knowing it's this close to being completed. If anyone is interested in the pics, visit my cardomain page.

has anybody received any responses from Adam in the last week or so, either phone or E-mail. I haven't received any communication from him for close to two weeks despite the hundreds of messages i left on his machines and the E-mails that i sent him.
