yes you dont really need e-brake if you got the suspension setup right...

but i do use e-brake to initiate drifting waaaay before the turn comes... so the car will be sideways even when its still in the straightaway... it depends on my mood though.. .sometimes i want to do some feinting... sometimes hard core back to back drifting... or etc

you can get that Trueno SS with the CF hood if you get all gold in the FR Challenge under amature.

btw. the shingo trueno is good, it's all about proper tuning.
