Man, I can't remeber the web site to the video clip I watched......I think it was gixercart or something like that where those guys put a GSXR engine on a go cart. They were drifting it half way around the track. It was one of the coolest things I had ever seen. Not sure what displacment it was. Darn thing was real fast, thou.

Okay, car and engine. A s14 with s15 body conversion and an RB26DETT and AWD conversion. Or maybe a 2nd gen RX7 with a 20B. Or how about what one guy in the SR20 section was saying his friend was doing, a Geo Metro with a FWD SR20DET. I just happen to have a donor car. :alcoholic Talk about pissed when you roll up on a mustang and kick his butt with a Metro.

An sr in a metro would be stupid...stupidly fun. Oh man the good times that could be had with that. I still have my dream of a 2.2 turbo Caravan. Yeah take the 2.2 turbo out of an IROC daytona. Then I would be set.

I got a friend who has been working on putting an SR20 in a metro for some time now. He kinda just works on it when he has spare time so it's not moving along real fast, but the project is still going.

BUSA = HAYABUSA (THE 1300CC SUZUKI MOTOR CYCLE).

IN HAWAII THE ONLY ENGINES WE WERE ALLOWED TO RUN IN THE SHIFTER CLASS WAS THE BABY YAMAHA 250CC ENGINES.THE OTHER CLASSES RAN THE 100CC YAMAHA SINGLE HEAD CONVERTED TO A DIRECT CLUTCH. MY KART WAS MAKING 15HP THE SHIFTERS WERE MAKING 55HP+. OUR MOTOR GUY WITH THE 1300CC ENGINE WAS MAKING OVER 125HP ON 9 TO 1 COMPRESSION BEFORE THE TURBO...... I HAVEN'T SEEN IF HE FINISHED HIS PROJECT YET BUT WITH A TURBO HE SHOULD BE IN THE 200'S. IF HE REACHES 210HP HE WILL BE MAKING 1HP TO 1LBS WHEN HE IS NOT IN THE KART.

On the thought of rotaries, I think a bridy 20B with either a T51R or a T88H-D in a FC would be my choice for a Wangan car. In the new Turbo, there is a Aussie with a 26B turbo in a E36. 800rwhp on LOW BOOST SETTING!!! 1500hp on race gas and high boost setting....

Motors are turned the same direction. Only problem I recall him having was that the metro is skinnier, so the drive axles from the SR were too long. Had to get them custom made I think. Also, the transmission bolted onto the engine didn't fit in the engine bay without cutting out some of the driver's side of the engine bay. But that was not very much; nothing that would structurally hurt the car very much.

A twin turbo 427 small block in a 3rd gen RX-7 would be nice too. I know that kind of talk pisses rotary fans off but it would still be nice to shake the ground. I know that a stock LS1 weighs about the same as a 13bTT.For more info check out this site.

Is your friend in GA as well? I would really like to see that if he ever gets it completed. I like crazy combos of cars and engines. Especially ones that are totally unexpected on the street. :D

ignoring my previous sarcasm, i'd have to say my ideal car would have to be an Infinti G35 sedan with RB26DETT totally built and beefed up. I dont want anything to break no matter how much abuse it gets. Just a bulletproof insanely powerful AWD G35 please. In that gorgeous blue or a black.

That is all i ask

Damn, I was hoping it would be GA because I am down there quite often. Although if he ever gets it up and running I would still like to see it in action. I got nothing against going to Indiana.
