Another turbo 240 on the road. Ran a 13.8 & 0-60ft in 2.2sec every time on 7.25psi T3. Uping the boost to 13psi and I hope to be in the 12s.

Why would you go through the trouble of building up the engine for FMU and XS T3? BTW, can you shoot over your tune, I would like to see it.

i ran a fmu setup on my built motor for a while when i was first starting out. for low boost it works fine. i wouldnt really trust them past 10psi tho cuz of too much fuel pressure

12's will be possible, more so with a good drag tire or at least some nitto 555r's

Please do not try 12's with a FMU (i do not know why you have one with the emanage in the first place). in addition, get rid of the narrowband air-fuel gauge because all it does it make rainbows lol... However overall you're looking good so keep us updated

The FMU was for short term. I have 395cc injectors but dont know if they will work with 13psi? I wanted it over built ( why not?) last's longer for day'ly driving. I'm not going to up the boost until I get a MAFS and arp bolts to be on the safe side of things.

e-manage tuning help would be nice

I love my rainbows man be nice

Shoot me an email, I will help you with the emanage tuning. As far as the 395's are concerned, they should be fine for your goal. Do you have a base tune? If not, I will shoot you a quick one, but you will still need to tune with a wideband. Let me know.

A base map would be great. On the e-manage blue I have seen a wideband input- can I use that and wire in the sensor? Thanks

No, you still need a controller that is linear, like LM-1. Otherwise, you need to use Alpha tools to get a non-linear to work. But you can make the harness for next to nothing (but I guess the harness is still pretty cheap).

What harnesses are you using? Keep in mind that my base tune would be just that. And while I hate the idea of intellectual property (I don't care if you share it), I do not want you to use this without also fine tuning. Afterall, how can I know exactly what your AFR's are with this given all of the variables. Also, How can I get the timing right without knowing the EGT's? What I can do is give you a very safe map, that can be tuned for better performance. If that is something you want, then shoot me an email. Also, if you need the support tool cable, I can probably walk you through that one also.

I have the support tool. A safe emange map would be good and I will do further tuning asap. As for timing I'll get that and a EGT sensor or wide band( do u need both?). Also what MAFS do I need?

The harnesses has the basic mafs and rpm stuff.

get a wideband 02 sensor but forget the EGT. a z32 MAF should fit your goal.

And lets gets some pics up man

Craving4boost is right, fopr basic tuning the WB is enough. If you really get involved then you take the EGT's into account for tuning timing. It is like if you know the typical EGT, and you know the AF ratio, you can then judge by EGT where timing should set. But it can be fickle too. Also, if you want you can set emanage for the Z32.

Someone really likes the orange silicon sealer.

Have you done a compression test yet? I am curious what your numbers are at with the 8.8:1 comp pistons.

You need to resize the pictures ASAP. I'll give you till tomarrow then I'll remove them. You're killing our dialup emmbers and eating up alot of bandwidth. Not to mention the thread becomes impossible to read. I don't mean to be a hardass, its just one of those things.

I thought the orange is only suppose ot be used near water, thought oil wouldn't last too long against it. Need to use black or grey against oil..... Also why do peopel have built engine and then put xs power crap on them?
