If you like a s***ty brake bias, I guess the Z32 fronts only would be good. You don't need the ebrake stuff.

You can use the stock S13 BMC while using just the front Z32 brakes but I would go ahead and upgrade it now so that there are no problems later. You will get a better response out of your brakes by upgrading it. You usually can find one in the classifieds for a reasonable price at times so be patient. I would not go and buy a brand new one from the factory unless you really want a new one.

You can even buy a new aftermarket Z32 BMC but it may be upwards of $200 for one of those as well.

Sometimes you can find one in the classifieds for around + or - $75 or so.

I'm not being one-sided about him not having rear brake upgrades. I'm just trying to save the man a few dollars. I have all the Z32 rear brake upgrades for my other S14 sitting in a box at the house including the R33 E-Brake cables.

Park on a hill without an E-Brake and see what happens to your 240sx when you get back. I need my E-brake stuff sir. lol

Or if you're too much of a cheapass, you could buy a Z31 BMC. I got one after I did Q45 fronts, and it really balanced out. I'm curious to see how my Q45 front/J30 rear setup works out with the Z31.

I think its cause the plate...im thinking about moving it anyway. no it doesn't lean like that just looked at it. And yea i want to upgrade more suspension and brake stuff so that my car is ready for when i want to turbo my motor...or just drop something else in ( Most likely a sr20 ) but i have a question about the hicas delete kit. Do i only have to buy one bar or two? Thanks a bunch guys...and i will def keep this list in mind....
Amtk240 wrote:Is it just me or the photos, or does your front end lean toward the driver side?

So, your order list:1) Coilovers 2) Bushings3) Z32 Front Calipers (26mm or 30mm)4) Z32 (matching) Front Rotors5) Z32 Front Brake Pads6) S13 to Z32 Stainless Steel Brake Lines7) Z32 BMC (Brake Master Cylinder)

Good luck and take your time and search through the classifieds for some good deals!

Use the money left from coilovers to paint the front bumper/ fix the sag. Maybe add a lip as well.

OMG this is a ridiculous debate...SR20 is a waste of $$$.Coilovers are sweet but who cares if you're driving a super slow car with a super sweet suspension.

KA-t is the only sensible option to me. Huge power for the money.

KA-T is dope, and I cant wait. But you SHOULD build everything around the KA-T before you actually go KA-T. I would like to go fast, but I would much rather be able to have the stopping power to slow down and the suspension to handle the power.

Suspension. Do it because if your car is stock then it's all worn out anyway. However, before you decide on coilovers you should determine what you're going to do with the car and look into some custom valved Koni Yellows and Ground Control coilover sleeves that are specced for what YOU are going to do instead of some off the shelf stuff intended for God only knows what.

Front Z brakes without the rears suck for brake balance. Sure they "feel" better but my experience has been that they don't lock up at anywhere near the same time. They're hands down the worst mod I've ever done.

Ok so i think i found the coil overs i want. Ive heard mixed opinions on them but im not looking to spend every cent or almost every cent just on coils. I do want to upgrade my brakes and all that so im saving some for the list someone gave me on here to upgrade. So, your order list:1) Coilovers 2) Bushings3) Z32 Front Calipers (26mm or 30mm)4) Z32 (matching) Front Rotors5) Z32 Front Brake Pads6) S13 to Z32 Stainless Steel Brake Lines7) Z32 BMC (Brake Master Cylinder)Some people say these aren't that bad but others say they are, I'm looking into the megan racing coil overs. http://www.hopupracing.com/meracokitni2.html If anyone knows of a better set of coils to buy that are around this price range, do tell....Please and thank you

Don't forget zeal for those who want the "ballers only" status

Was gonna request this since that's what I'm doing but most people on here are coilover crazy so no point really. Was gonna say if he has and S14 an wanted to be super baller would be to buy:

zerothread?id=462618

Get those Ohlins and throw GC set up on them and you would have DOPE a** coilovers.

I'd say kat or sr but you obviously want coilovers.

You're correct, no point really other than making that number on the left go up and subtle trolling.

That looks like a nice set of shocks there in that link but he obviously needs some Koni 28's.

Seriously, you should spend more on the coilovers and just wait on brakes. For now just flush your fluid, thow some Hawk pads in, and get some track/auto-x time in. You'll be so much happier with your car 2 years from now.
