Another reason not to street race

I'm gonna have to say that girls generally don't get to involved with street racing, so I'm guessing there was a bit of peer pressure going on here. Also why would you bring your 3 y/o little brother along if you are taking your parent's car on a joy ride? I'm sure the Latino Community in AZ is whincing right about now, this just adds fuel to the already blazing ethnic fire that's burning in you guys' state.

Is a horsepower cap a good idea for people who cause speed-related accidents? You want to race, ***hole? Here's a hundered at the wheels fer ye, have a blast : )

I would think a better solution would be to revoke their driving privileges and/or incarcerate them.
