That's what keeps me thinking he's gonna lose, but on the other hand I keep remembering those 2 cases. 1 where this lady spilled her hot coffee on herself and sued mcdonalds and won, and the other where some guy broke in and entered someones property then got injured by the owner, sued and won. Somehow this system keeps tht doubt in my mind. And wait till I resurrect my first thread on nico introducing myself if u think this 1's old, lol nah im joking.
