oh yeah, Scrapple is a Pennsylvania/New Jersey "treat". It's a paste-like substance made from ground-up pig remains. Texture is somewhat akin to tofu. Yum! Sadly, it does not come in "pecan" flavor...but...you can get it in "extra pig" flavor.

BTW, I HATE Scrapple. This is all a joke! That stuff is gross sh*t!

Ugh. I don't even think Loco Fry Man would want this stuff.

The back portion of the package - you know, the nutritional stuff and what not - reads the ingredients as: "pig snouts, pig tails, pig ears, pig tongues...etc...water, salt."

The flavor is, well....indescribable. I've only tried it once in my life and was immediately revolted. Beware of Scrapple. I am going to ship a brick of it to AZHitman, however, as I hear he enjoys making himself meat helmets out of the stuff.

scrapple tastes good when you cook like bacon (it has to be crispy). And hey, its cheaper than Spam... The trick is to not think about whats in it.
