2 Candidate's from oil Produceing State's would definately throw OPEC intoo a tail spinn .

OPEC's Bigg oil meeting end'ed with insult's and shoe throwing , the lil producers against the larger Saudi producers .
The OPEC argument is wether to increase production or decrease production .
The big producers see long term benefitt by increaseing production .
Iran and other small producer's want to decrease production < Put the squeeeze on our economy .
Well that and there own economy's are failing on the verge of civil unrest .
As to format ?
Im about as informal as they come unless you count a End of the trail bolo tie as formal ?

But get the price of fuel down and the economy will improve .
