Its pretty simple:
First you need to remove the AC controls/Display Surround. This is pretty easy because it just clips in, however you need to be careful not to dent or tear your dash as you pry it out. I have what is called a 90 degree pick tool that I use. It is very small in diameter and hooks in behind the panel so I can just pull straight out. You need something that you can kinda lip in there so you dont have to use the dash as leverage to pry it out. I have found that the easiest spot for me to get in and pull it out is half way up the on the driver side of the panel. Once you get it a little bit you can just put your fingers behind it and pull it the rest of the way out. Make sure once you unclip it that you disconnect the plugs and set it off to the side, you don't want to leave it hanging as it will be in your way and could scratch up the dash.
Now with that out of the way you will see the clock, there are two screws that hold it in and also two little dimples on the top that click it in place. First unplug the clock, (*** Note, the hazard plug and the clock plug are the same, make sure not to mix them up when putting back together***) then take out the two screws. Now using a small screw driver or pick tool pry up the clips on both side and slide the clock out towards the front of the car. You now have the clock out.
The next part is very simple, you will see two recessed holes that have phillips head impressions in them, those are the actually bulb. A 45 degree turn counterclockwise will unscrew them and they should just fall out.
Now just reverse the order and you are all set. Good luck and if this doesn't make sense to you then it is probably worth the money to let the dealer do it next time your getting an oil change.................. Boon
