If one is being charged:$1000 for the manifold$1300 for the turbo$350 for the wastegate$300 for the downpipe$150 for oil lines$100 for hardware and gasket
does that balance out right?I'm just trying to make sense of the price, even though its the BEST quality available.Also- I'm trying to justify getting a log mani over a full tube as it would cut cost $600+thanks!
The price of the kit when bought together, includes all of the research that we did on turbochargers and separate combinations of runner design, collector design, turbine housings, measuring back pressure, changing wastegate design, etc, the list continues.
While the prices for the individual pieces may seem high. The kit price is for a tested combination that is guaranteed to perform.
This isn't a log manifold, with a turbo from eBay, the wrong fittings and no hardware. This is a complete kit (of the essential parts) to make the numbers that are listed on the site. In essence, we have done all the research for you and we are offering the ability to make the horsepower that you want.
When you buy the kit, you buy our complete support. You have a guarantee on our products, and our workmanship. If you have any questions about completing your setup, or questions while you are building your setup, you can call us and we will be happy to help.
You are really paying for more than just a few tubes welded together. We feel that it is well worth the price that we have put on it. Using quality material, a lot of our R&D time, and our 100% support of everything we do, I'd say that the kit is actually a bargain!
If there is ever a point where we can lower our costs (which we are always working on) you can be sure that it will be passed on to the consumer. We strive to make everyone happy in every way and answer every question that we can. I believe that this makes the kit worth what we are asking for it. Hopefully you agree.
