UMM..

This is only the difference in hp rating between cars produced for the mideast and u.s. I don't see how it states the car s engine will reach max potential at 285?

it states it if you follow the little asterisk.

and btw, middle eastern cars have the same power its just that they display the gross ratings instead of the net ratings like we do here.

i asked a family friend who is an 20 yr ASE certified mechanic, and helicopter mechanic from veitnam war and and he say this isnt true bolt ons are classified as intake throttle body header ypipe exhaust intake manifolds pulleys the simple things then when u count the computers of modern carssuch as the bully dog gt tuner and the jet mass airflow sensor(both available at summitracing.com as well as cooling fans larger radiators water pumps and so on, an engine is never limited to anything the more air and fuel u give it the more power u get and the only limit is really the strength of the components

Yes, periods, semicolons, uppercase letters something please.

But yea, I find it hard to believe 285hp is the limit of our engine straight from the factory. Which essentially means we lost 30~hp from exhaust, intake, pulleys, transmission, and anything else that is on our car. According to the graph and all.....

That means Nissan did some hell of some work in designing some bad a** intake, exhaust, and everything else to be able to get us so close to the limit of the engine.....know what I mean? Because I don't think I've ever heard of a mass produced car that has all of it's potential already under the hood(cept some super cars)

And if that truly is the case.....glad I only got intake
