So yesterday, the HMS Bounty was docked in Ogdensburgh, NY for the day. My family and I are vacationing in the area and we went for a tour. This is the actual ship built for the 1962 movie "Mutiny on the Bounty" and was also used in the second "Pirates of the Carribean" as the "Edinbugh Trader" that was destroyed by the Kraken. It's actually 1/3rd larger than the real Bounty and was made to accomodate 8 foot tall movie lights below deck. It's a real square rigger crewed by volenteers and functions as a sailing ship, althogh it has two 375hp John Deere Diesels for propulsion also. Here's a good link:

Old boats are sweet.

Not to mention pirates are badass.
