Recently I went and had my 95 240 aligned because i noticed it looked like the rear had way too much negative camber, the front lined up perfectly but the rear would not get better then -3 camber. This struck me as strange because i had this car aligned before with the same setup.

For a long time now I have had eibach proline springs and kyb agx struts in the car. I remember when i first got them the car zeroed out ok, with no issues. due to the springs lowering the car only 1.5 inches. Now several years later it not longer zeroes out and all I can think is that over the life of the springs, they have "settled" a bit and are lower then when they were new.

Either way I don't really track my car so the suspension is really stock, except for a few rotted out bushings I changed here and there, and I want to keep it that way for the most part. I don't really have the need for or want an adjustable setup, so I had been looking into alternatives to get my alignment back the way it should be before i wear my tires badly.

One thing I came across were camber bolts that had an extra 1.75 to 2 degrees of adjustment, the only problem is I have never tried these and I am not sure of the bolt size. I have read in some places 12mm and others 14mm and then I see some bolts say they are for the front only and not the rear, can anyone else confirm what the bolt sizes are as well as if the front and the rear use the same bolt? it would make a big difference if I knew that. Also any recommendations on companies I should buy from? I'm a little afraid of buying some crappy chinese bolts made out of garbage metal, and then having them bend over time.

If that does not work, and I am forced to go the adjustable route, can i buy a set from spl and call it a day? Id really rather not, but that's definatly better then driving around with my car out of alignment.

Sagging suspension bushings are probably the culprit for the negative camber gain. Not much to do except replace the bushings. Although -3* seems like a lot. Have you used this particular shop before and had good results? I've noticed some odd discrepancies going from shop to shop. A lot of it has to do with the individual rack setups.
