Ok, None of the shops w/ the traditional infra red equipment can align my car (even w/ the front lip off). The only shop I've seen so far w/ laser equipment which can align lowered cars is Super Autobacs... however, I don't seem to have the best of luck with them.

I'm looking for a place that can do a proper suspension setup w/o having to pay $200 for a single alignment at a race shop.

If I can't find one, I guess I'll have to raise my car back up...

Try West End Alignment at 18008 S. Vermont Ave, Gardena, CA.(310) 808-9233

Let me know about the service? I had my car aligned last month from another shop but will try to have it re-aligned by West End.

Bringing this back up. I need a better alignment shop in socal. Goodyear just doesn't cut it, I need someone who will ACTUALLY align to my specs, not just pretend to get it in the ballpark. Any suggestions?

Hiro's is the palce to go if you're just going in for an alignment. You have to call to make an appointment though. Give like 3 days notice. They do awesome work. Plus thier lift is flush with the floor, so lowered cars are no problem. 90 bucks for thier work.714-545-509

HAHAHA, funny that this went back up.

Yea, I went to Hiro's earlier this year I think. They will get it pretty close, but depending on if they like you or not - they will get it exact or .5 degree off. Still a good alignment, but they refused to realign my car even tho camber was off by .5 degrees to one side in the rear, and like .4 degrees in the front - or something like that. Talked directly w/ the owner, he said "it can't be done, that's as close as it's gonna get"... guess they didn't like my rice mobile much.

Doesn't matter now because I'm moving everything over to my new 240... I'll see my luck this time around...

Yea, they are awesome, hear nothing but good things from them. However, my *** is changing **** on my car every month or so... not worth it to have an alignment when I'm swapping suspension and parts out like crazy, hahaha.

Also, 2-3 week minimum wait ftl - gotta wait to get teh best, he he.

I'm going to hit up Hiros, West End is just to far away and needs to much lead time in advance.

BrokeAs, do you have access to a fender roller by chance? I need to roll the fenders on my new s14.

When you hitting hiro's up? My buddy rents out his fender roller, he'll be back from SEMA end of the week - hit me up on aim for info: agentsonic02. Other than that, there's also http://www.rollyourfender.com, same cost just add shipping.

When did you ask? Was it this thread (or around that time period)? zerothread?id=187093

If so, that was asked in July 2006... and if you look @ the top of this thread... it was November of 2005 and over on the "other" forum about 4-5 shops in so cal were mentioned during that time period too, haha. So if you searched, you would have found :p

And yea, autobacs ftl... it seems to be a hit & miss for them.

Your car didn't make it onto the alignment rack? it's flush w/ the floor also...

Think he rolled it himself? But want your fenders rolled? Check out my DIY! or hit me up, I'm local, hee hee.

Yea, for some reason, I don't get the best service from the guys @ autobacs either.

Well, whoever's willing to lend (rent) me there foller for a day or two, I'd be grateful. I've done it before, it's no big deal. Last time Greg (Hitman) lent me his for the cost of shipping, but I screwed up and took forever to get it back to him because life got wicked crazy. Can't really ask him again. Anyone want to get together for a little tech day? Roll some fenders, fix some random suspension clunking noises, drink lots of beer... the usual.

Email is in my profile, hit me up. Going to try to get my wheel repaired this week, so I'll want to get my fenders rolled so I can put them on. I need to wire up my reverse lights too and give the 'ol girl a good bath. Also have some work to do on my buddies 4 Runner.

I get my car aligned and corner weighed at G-Dimension in city of industry. Alex Pfeiffer, who owns and runs battle version, does all of their suspension labor. It was 150 for alignment and corner weigh. If you dont want corner weigh its 100. He will set ur toe and camber to whatever you like. My car was slammed and i do mean slammed but he still managed to get it on the lift.
