hes right, set your suspension how you want it to be before you get it aligned.naed240sx wrote:If you raise it in order to be able to get it on the alignment rack, then get an alignment, then lower it again, there will no point in getting an alignment at all, because the re-lowering will just screw everything up.
bring some 2x4s with you, and make the ramps at the shop longer, so that you can get up without scraping. The shop I go to actually has some for that exact purpose, and it is the only way I can get onto the rack.

ehh.. i kinda had an idea... cuz idk if you remember, but last time it rained.. i think it was around april- may, i got in a car accident (a story for another time, got too throttle happy) and i had to change my rack n pinion. since then ive been driving with a crooked steering wheel... that about it, but i was thinking about just taking the wheel off and adjusting it myself once i get my hands on a steering wheel puller... and some timekamikazestorm420 wrote:nooo .. his car is really low .... really low .... i dont know how he drives that low with the streets of socal.
and ya, like others said there would be no point of an alignment if you raise it then lower it again. every single time you mess with suspension components, you should get an alignment.
