After reading various articles and searching here, I now understand all the alignment terms. I just want to get some advise on what has worked for you guys dealing with alignment issues with a non-factory suspension. The sears guy said to get camber bolts to help with the front, but he couldn't tell me how I can fix my rear left camber and toe problem. All he told me was he couldn't fix the problem. Appreciate any info. I forgot to mention that this car will be use just as a daily driver for right now unitl I can get another car.My set up on my 90 240 hatch includes:KYB AGX struts with Tien S-techsBrand new Falken Zieks 512's205 55 16 in front, 225 55 16 in back on nismo rays 16X7 and 16X8 rimsHere is my print out from Sears http://www.geocities.com/drmr2...6.htm

if the eccentric bolts will not put the rear end back to within acceptable standards, you only have two options, raise the car up or adjustable multi link for the rear. if you plan on getting coilovvers then i suggest the adjustable multi link setup as it will allow you to set the rear to your specifications. BTW that was my thread, and i love how my car handles now

most likely youre lowered enough that your bolts are maxed out in the rear, although i dont know that ive heard of people having aligning problems with tein

also, your toe is WAY off, like...good luck keeping up with tire replacement with those specs

id say try another alignment shop, they shouldve been able to do a lot better than that with what you have

If you lowered your car with AGX and springs combo, you should be able to correct your rear alignment with this method. I know one vert guy lowered his car with DF-210 and AGX, he did this and it worked. Dremel is your friend.

Thanks for the input guys. My frame looks good. I have been thinking about using my dremel to make the holes bigger on the control arms. I'm just afraid of weakening the control arms to a point that they might break down the road from hard driving. I'm just going to spend the extra cash and do it right the first time. Oh yeah, Sears is VERY RETARDED. Those idiots threw away my RAYS valve stem caps.

Then go get RUCAs from SPL. That's the right way. You can't beat the quality. Good luck!!!

Ok, something on your car is bent. Either your subframe, your frame, or a few suspension arms. Don't buy aftermarket parts to mask the problem. Figure out why your rear toe is so jacked. No matter how bad sears ****ed up, 1 degree of toe is insane. Something is wrong with your car.

Edit: Just noticed your front camber is totally out of wack as well. One side is in spec, the other is not. Without coilovers, front camber is not very adjustable, so something is tweaked up front as well. You should probably take your car to a frame shop and have them find out what is causing these problems.
