need some help anyone good w/ transmissions? i need to covert an auto transmission to a 5spd....ive never done this and dont really have the tools 2 do it ....any help would be nice and i could give you alittle cash like 150$ish...l m k...o and it wouldnt be for a few weeks

found a 92 fb he in hoover...he wants a grand and my tippman 98 custom paintball gun...but its an auto so im pickin my brain trying 2 find a way 2 convert it ....i have my pignose still so i have the transmission stuff needed but need some help to install a 5spd swap....: ( i hate automatics....

ill get some pics by next week ish im busy right now ...and the girl who had my heart just broke it so im not feeling the best even tho i finally got my car...im pretty depressed ....LOVE FKIN SUCKS ....lol at least now there only one thing that eats my money my car : ) anyone else every been heartbroken....lol this is way off subject...sigh i hope this car and a few sets of tires makes me feel better

yea ive know this girl^ since i was 6 yrs old left alabama until high school came back and remembered her fell in love made plans to move to AZ applied for schools and now...poof ...after 31/2 yrs shes just not here....yea i know that feeling

Not too bad at all...after all my friend's '93 foxbody with a 5.0 in it only puts out about 195 to the wheels...

Pretty nice chuki. You gonna turbo it or swap in teh essaar 20? If you're just gonna swap in an SR, I'd leave the auto transmission in until you do the swap.

im guessing someone here is looking for a 5 speed transmission for a ka. I have one and it is in huntsville aL. Only pickup or delivery within huntsville or madison. Price is 250 dollars. not negotiable. phone number is 256-653-4264 Kevin. Also have ka engine out of a 97 with 110,000 miles. Also have a lot of sr20 stuff. Ask and i can get it or have it.

I've got a transmission. I'll let it go for $100 and I'll throw it in the truck and bring it to you. I'm out next to the drag strip. Let me know, it's just sitting in my engine room.

o the big debate....lets see i have the red car but i ive had it for 3days and i have a week 2 decide if i keep it ....if i can find a motor kade in good shape i can buy a beautiful f/b w/ upgrades already and i wont have to do the manual swap ...so im stuck on what i should do ....buy the transmission and drop it in the auto red 240 ...or take the black one....if i can get that motor for 200$ or less....wattydchi give me until i find out how much garagelu will sell his motor for if its above 200$ ill take your transmission in a heartbeat and put it in the auto...ill let you know

i have a ka engine but i wont sell it for 200 dollars. My price is 400. The reason it is a little higher is because it is still running in a car. Its just a parts car that is in the shop. Will pull both engine and transmission asap if some one wants it. If you buy both i will sell for 600. The engine is very very low mileage with only 110,00 miles and the buyer can see it start up and run before buying it. Take it or leave it.

And yea i figured 250 was a little high for the transmission. So i will sell for 200. Very low mileage. pm me or call me at 256-653-4264 if you want any aftermarket sr parts or anything. ecu, sr20 engines, harnesses, roll cages, etc.

no thanks 600dollars for a stock motor is insane ...i can honestly buy a brand new ka for 850$ w/ transmission i think ill just stick 2 keeping my 1000 dollar running 240 maybe when i get my insurance money and tune it alittle u can come race w/ us

not 600 dollars for just the engine. i said 600 for the engine and transmission together. if all you want is to get the car running than yea go buy a cheap ka to put in. But my engine is in known running condition so that why i price it that way.
