Well I cant compeet with 310, I can get em for 340. S13 and S14. Maybe cheaper depending on how much I buy. If you live near LA you can pick em up too. And I know the distributer that sells to power garage, id sell em on ebay if the guy told me not too. If for whatever reason ca18's great price doesnt work out, id be willing to do a nice group buy.

I wouldnt mind selling it individually either. But since its a bit out of the way id probably sell em at 350. But without tax and free pickup in SoCal, its not too bad.

I would like to puchase a set of kyb's. Im counting on you guys to get a great deal. Instead of using just some lowering springs, which adjustable springs will fits the kyb's and that are of good quality?

Alright heres the scoop. I have contacted KYB and am awaiting a response. As it sits right now it looks like we're good. Keep in mind that nothing is for sure yet but I think we'll get it. I will keep everyone posted!

Grant@tirerack wrote:As I have addressed in the past we do not offer group buys on our items due to the pricing structure we set (for example the S-13 AGX struts are $388.00 plus shipping now). We keep it very simple here at The Tire Rack. We offer everyone the best price on every item every time you call, regardless of volume. In fairness to the other 17+ other auto enthusiast sites we sponsor, we do not offer group buys or group discounts. It is not 'fair' to offer buys to one forum or group and not another or to offer discounts to only some of our customers. We'd rather give everyone the best price right up front. Instead we have chosen to support you by being a sponsor for this fourm. I, Chet, and the other moderators here are not paid for being here. I work on commission and I make my living in retail sales at The Tire Rack. The time I spend here is time not spent on the phone making money. The same is true with Chet and the other moderators. We moderate the forums out of our own time to provide you helpful , knowledgeable advice, and hopefully you recognize the value of that and patronize us (me) personally rather than shopping by price alone. Combining my service & help are other factors to think about as you purchase. ;)

Excuse US for us trying to save some $.

We appreciate your sponsership. But Damn it dont knock us for for tryin to get a group buy.

Just tell Us no. We dont need the long story.

BTW.....I have patronized TIRE RACK for years. Before NICO.

Damn if you can swing 65 a strut, that's mucho hotness man. I got a word back from my friend, he said he can do 380 for the S14's but the s13's would be a bit more. The setup with sportlines, he's estimating it would be about 500 or so plus shipping. He's looking into those prices right now though. What would you guys want though sportlines or tiens? Personally I'm gonna see if I can weasel some Koni's out of him for an awesome price. I can ask him about that too if you guys want.

I'm sorry if you took it that way. That was not the intent or even the tone of my post. If you go back and read it again you will see that I am not knocking anyone and I'm not sure what would make you think that. I was contacted by your group (the members putting this group buy together) about working out a group buy and I responded here so everyone could read it and understand why we do things the way we do. I value all of the members on these boards and have always tried to communicate with members honestly and with respect. If you have spend any time on the suspension/wheel forum you would know that. There was no offense intended and again, I'm sorry if you took it the wrong way.

Alright guys, I have good news and bad news. The good news is I CAN get a group buy going. Bad news is I personally don't like the prices, and tax has to be charged on em. And by the way these are prices for complete sets. Here they are.....

S13---$350+$26tax =$376 S14---$375+$28tax =#403

Shipping I have not figured out yet, I am guessing around $25-$35. I can get these at any time. If everyone still wants to do it just let me know. If the prices are cool with everyone then we'll go ahead and set a date to end the buy.
