Age of 240 owners these days

23, been a member here since forever, got my 93 240SX when I was 16, got my 95 240SX when I was around 20.

They've been good to me, and so has NICO.

I am 28 and I have had my 1993 SE couple for nearly 6 years, putting 70k on it as a daily driver. It now has 198k on it and is still trucking (no KA pun intended!), as recently as today finding out I need to replace the fan clutch.

I've done all kinds of upkeep to it myself and I still love it to this day and haven't modded it at all. I bought it with that intent but I've had other priorities (6 year old kid, ironic I've had the car 6 years as well!) The project begins this year however and I've already got some toys enroute and I'm very excited, I see the addiction kicking in the more stuff I order.

I have looked at luxury cars and other options but I still love the 240. I may end up getting a early 2000's Accord or Camry for those terrible winter days but I want to drive my 240 as much as possible, its a beast in the winter with a couple sand bags. =)

EDIT: Wanted to add like some of the older guys here, I can swing a car payment no problem, but I've never had one and don't want one. Big fan of surplus and 401k dumping over here! I looked at buying a newer car then thought about the depreciation, especially on a newer one where I drive off the lot and watch 10k float out drift into the atmosphere.

20 owned my 240 for two years. i bought it right before the fad kicked in. so its sweet. no drifto tax for me. been through a stock motor setup. a stage 2 motor set up, now doing a 550+ build for it.

I'm 17. I'm pretty much a noob at cars, but I love them, and I'll keep learning more and more till I can be decent with them. I respect the people on here that do godly things with their cars that I just can't do because of my status and lack of money

i got my first car when i was 16, a $1000 miata... ive had 5 240sxs' couple of hondas and trucks.. all paid by me. im 19 now.

its funny when people treat these cars like benzs' or something.. i like my car, but not to the point that i named it with a person's name. im into drifting and go drifting every other month here atleast. my car is spray bombed, it has a s***load of dents, but id say its in its prime doing what i love even after 18 years of its existence..

I'm 27, and bought my 90 from my best buddy when I was 17. I rebuilt it for fun in 2002, and have been burnin tires ever since.

It's given me more thrills and headaches than most of my ex-girlfriends, so I guess I can't complain.

33. got my 95 240sxse with 11k miles on it back in '97 and still rockin with a little over 228k miles. @ 226k did the RB25DET swap. Still, the car turns heads and is super fun to drive. I'll probably keep it until it dies. Just guessing but probally the only 240sx rb swap in MS.

Got mine at 16 and I just turned 18 last week. Left town for a tournament and my dad bought me a car while I was gone. Didn't even have my permit yet sadly. 93 Nissan 240sx Convetible SE.

We bought it cheap and redid a lot of stuff once we got it: new top, bunch of crap under the hood that just needed to be replaced and such. Also bought me rims, stereo face, amp, 2 twelve inch subs.

So yeah I am happy with me car.

I'm almost 22. Got my first 240 (91 hatch) when I was 17, bought a 90 when I turned 19 (both gone now) and now I'm working on my first s14 (95). I love the 240's. I fell in love with 'em the first time I drove one. Not sure if I could drive anything else. well, maybe a skyline
