Aftermarket wheels setup g37X sedan

Hey guys, new to the forum and have been bashing my head against the wall on aftermarket wheels and tires. Searched the forums and am finding to many different numbers. Don't wanna invest in this and have them rub.

Any HELP would be much appreciated.

I have a g37x sedan lowered on eibach pro kit 6390.140, eibach front control arm uppers and the camber link / toe bolts in the rear.

Will either of these wheel sizes work?
19x8.5 +35 with proxes 4 - 245-40r19
or
20x8.5 +35 with same tires in 245-35r20
