I was promised a better balancer with an adjustable 360 degree-marked timing disk. That is what I expect. I gave up accessory pulleys for a reason.

yea, to get everyone that is curious about that situation upto speed:

Ross Balancers changed over to their own in-house engraving machines recently and changed the designes of their race balancers and a few others in their product line up.

No worries for the guys that have purchased the Race Balancers as we're working things out for those dissatisfied with their balancer.

Ross has great products and stand behind them 100% and I'm actively working with them to get everyone squared away. With that said no one should have any concern about being left behind
