Just dropped it off at the Post Office.....going by Priority and they told me mid week you'll get it......have fun.

A quick tip, remove the left side inside plastic wheel well cover not all the way only to mid fender and tire and you will have all the room in the world to install the filter and tube. Outside of that it's easy.

I can't say enough about the great service at Versa Speed. Bob will take care of you. I live across the country in Jax. Fl. and received stuff 2 days later with normal shipping.

Price is a bit high on the CAI at versaspeed.....

There are a few places that have it for 199 + shipping.

That's less then I pay but I know that I can't deal in quantities because I only carry Versa accessories so I try to make up the price difference with service and knowledge of the product plus I am contacting the manufactures to produce things for our cars. So I know I can't compete with somebody that sells everything for cars and I'm not trying to....BUT I know that every time I get an order it will get out the door quicker and if you need info on installation or any other questions I'll be here because I own a Versa and with a little luck, help on getting some really great stuff for our cars.

Yep, you can't put a price on service. I'd pay anything to deal with somebody reliable and genuine than having to wait for some corporate snob's lackey to get around with shipping my order along with 3245 other orders. I'd rather have somebody I can call when I encounter a problem and have them remember me and what I've ordered. I plan on buying all of the things that I need that are stocked at versaspeed.

wow that a pretty good price, sinc ei know what general whole sale price would be. >_< ya no one can err make a living making a few bucks expect when they sell items online, and drop ship it to their customer only.

I think that anybody that has purchased from me can testify that I get things shipped with in a matter of minutes (no I'm not kidding) of when I receive word of an order. I'm lucky to be near both the main Post Office, FedEx and UPS so I just punch in the information in the computer....it spits out the label and out it goes! And if I run out of stock I am lucky that the main warehouse for all the companies is only forty minutes away and yes I will drive there and pick it up so it goes out that day! Of course if it's late in the day or the weekend I don't think any of these companies would like me to break in!!!! But if I get the order in the morning during the week it will go out that day.

Oh, if I find a faster and cheaper method of getting it too you and the order says that it cost x amount of dollars to ship and I can get it done cheaper I refund the difference!

Sound good?
On that note, look for my order next Friday morning, EARLY. (4-13-07) May order the strut bar too!

Just got off the phone with Bob @ VersaSpeed. Great guy (thanks Bob for the time on the phone).

Oh by the way our family now has a2007 S Hatchback Onyx Blue (tinted windows) my son bought this one (automatic)2007 S Sedan "Sandstone" and I just bought this one for my wife (automatic), still have to have her windows tinted.

Later this year I am thinking about getting out of my 2000 Crown Vic and getting a Hatchback for me.

Am ordering (1) CAI from Bob for my wifes car, if it does well my son will purchasing one from Bob as well. My wife is not a hard driver (in fact she is actually a traffic hazard from driving too slow) so it will be interesting to see the MPG gain. She has not even run through the first tank yet.

After 2 regular oil changes I will switch both cars over to Mobil 1 synthetic.

Sorry guys but I am a chevy fan and race chevy's visit our website http://www.getusumracing.com we are still loading information onto it so be patient.

Hello: Do you know if there is going to be an AEM short ram intake available for the Versa? Also, when installing the CAI, you mentioned removing the wheel cover. Is it held on with those push in clips? What's the best way to get it off?? Also, what do you charge for the AEM CAI?? Thanks for the info.

The wheel cover has some screws at the bottom of the bumper/car. That's what's REALLY holding it in. The rest are the push clips that can be snapped into/out of place. You can feel the screws at the bottom of the wheel well/bumper with your hand. It'll pretty much just pull off once you loosen those screws. You could try to turn the steering wheel all the way toward the passenger side to SQUEEZE the filter in the wheel wheel, but it's MUCH EASIER to take the wheel off.

Also, the CAI will run you like $233.XX pretty much everywhere, including on Versaspeed.com
