The backrest lever should be referring to the lever that would be on the driver's seat if you had power seats (it's a lever just like the one on the passenger seat that is high up on the bolster by the headrest. I know there was a thread about a company that did this for for $899 installed and had plenty of pictures of their work on here, only catch is the are in Tampa. leather-interior-t411851.html#p5026508kruuth wrote:I'm looking at covers right now, since it seems from some looking that the katzkin seats are still "covers" and it wont cover the armrests or the center. Redline sells covers for both and my concern is that I'd have to match that. I'd be perfectly happy with leatherette, but I'd need to match everything. From the pictures of their work, and they're installed price I'd be willing to make the drive and call it a "vacation" if I could get them to schedule it so I could drive down, rent a car and stay two days while they did it.kruuth wrote:Fortunately my folks live in Tampa and I'm heading down there next month.
Wouldn't hurt to call them and ask.kruuth wrote:I wonder about how much the synthetic would run....
Ahh, there's the catch. I haven't decided 100% on what color I would want.kruuth wrote:That price was w/o tax. The $950 here in atlanta is out the door w/tax.
