I want a set of coilovers for my S13, but most coilovers cost more than I paid for my car. I have been looking around and I have found that Tein makes a basic coilover for a reasonable price. The Nismo coilovers are even cheaper but they are not adjustable. I just recently ran across a set of coilovers made by Godspeed Project... these are the cheapest I have found at $600. I'm a little afraid its suspiciously cheap. Does anyone know anything about this company? I really want to find a good set of adjustable coilovers for under $1000. Is this goal possible? What coilovers do you guys have on your S13s?

Screw megans. If they are daily'd they will be impossible to adjust.

I know a guy that tracked godspeeds for 2-3 years with no problems then one front one broke. But hes the kind of guy that can break a square block of titanuim. I know a couple of other people with them and they are pretty good for the money.

Im probably going to pick up a set of godspeeds for my daily s13 and stance for my track s13.

thats kind of backwards, i have Stance in my daily (which i track), but if i EVER buit a dedicated track car i think i would go the Koni/CG route

and please tell me how they're any harder to adjust than any other coilover, and honestly how many sets of coils have you owned? you cant really base anything off the "i rode in a guys car and he had these" mentlity if you have never had any experience with anything

OP what are you going to be doing with the car? if its just fot looks just grab some Megans or hell even K-Sports, if your going to track the car, spend money where it needs to be spent

You can't use this kind of logic with our cars. After all, most of us have bought our cars for $700 or cheaper. Your not going to find anything at that price, much less with any quality.

You gotta pay to play, homie. Thats the name of the game. And I would never shell out money for Tein Basics when you could save up about $200 more and get coils with more features like Stance, PBM, KTS, etc...
