Adapt 1995 Infiniti BOSE Audio System to 1993 Infiniti J30???

I have a 1993 Infiniti J30 and I was able to come across a factory BOSE AM/FM/CD/Cassette unit (model: PP-20831) Manufactured December 1994 from a 1995 Infiniti J30 from my local salvage yard, my question is; the plugs are different from the in dash plugs to the deck. Would there be an adapter to be able to use this deck in my Infiniti J30?

This has been done before. There is an adapter that allows you to use a newer (95-99) bose head unit with an older wiring harness. This thread talks about it: zerothread?id=258944

Not sure where/how to get the adapter.
