ya he's rite man..lots of vallys there ..some big ones too..maybe a change in intake..or exahust ..or timing...or it might be your fuel /air ratio at diferent rpm ranges...definitly room to work with thou.
The graph is jagged because there is 0 Smoothing. Look in the top right hand corner of the graph. If there are corrections and smoothing to the graph it would average at a lower peak HP power. the graph is sh^ts and giggles pretty much.

I know that, but the spikes are a little big still. There are 30 hp drops in there.

i know the smoothing is set to 0 here, its usually set to 5 on most dyno graphs, but this dyno graph is quite reminescent (sp?) of how the car drove too. i remember when i hit the gas as soon as turbo/boost raised from - to o boost, there woulb be a very obvious dip in power just as the turbo would bein to start building boost. didnt really like that too much, i thought it could have used more tuning.

could these spike be cause possibly by butterfly valves in intake man not working correctly? or maybe an ignition issue? ?

its not that big of deal really, i just removed my ca transmission today, shippin it out tom, and someones comin to buy the spun ca longblock this wekend. im trying to jsut keep researching ka parts for my itb motor now

Not really sure. Do you have the tune that was used for that? Possibly a data log?

what's the update on this???

I just got MS1 V3.0 and I'm planning on running it with my KA-T setup..EDIS4 for spark like you did.

from what I read, the ring in the KA24DE dizzy has too low of a resolution to get consistent starts without kickbacks.

anyways.. subscribed!
