I ate at a local Russian restaurant once. It was strange, but interesting. The service was pleasant but the decor reminded me of how movies depict the Soviet Union -- kind of dreary and stoic.

I had some borsht and some stroganoff.
It was good as was the tea.
Everything was strong but just when you thought it would go too far it stopped.
I recommend it highly.
