I like high mileage, but I also want to find pleasure in my automobiles. Even the base model of the current model just doesn't satisfy that later need.
Cheapo feeling appointments. Manual windows. No cruise control. On and on it goes.
So, yes, such a car has a place, But not in my garage.
And now, after owning a Versa with a CVT, I would not want any car without one.

I have the Versa Hatchback SL (with every option) - CVT, Sport & Technology package. I would never want to get another car w/out CVT! That is one of my favourite features. It makes driving so smooth!
