its crazy how many of you are stumped on boso style lol, its only been around for decades. and actually looking it up on wikipedia? lol damn, i must be older than i thought.bosozoku are bikegangs, lower tier yak in some aspects. yankee are kids playing dressup with no bike/car. bosozoku make their ride loud and flashy to get attention and many are anti gov. and wish for the emperor to return to power. over time more and more people join and share the style. the boso grew up and started getting into cars and the more mature boso and now/already yakuza do bippu style(VIP) the boso style has now become more of a roundabout slang term, when police see a super low wide car they may ask "why your car boso?" even if it truly is not, thats where the style and term is today. low /wide or super crazy aero or even vip on average when someone sees it they will say "thats boso" and they will in essence be correct as the term has become so varied and loose now days.i may be wrong but i doubt it, and hell thats just my views anyway from having been a spectator on a cool "way" of having fun with cars since '99.i love your car teddy, its dope. just do you and thats it and itll stay dope. just hookup the damn cooler lol peace

truly thats a meeting of "styles" in a way as well. and what has been coined "boro", or beaten, falling apart.as drifting popularity grew, people were learning, and beating the crap out of their cars lol. zip ties were cheap and easy to hold on a broken/half falling off bumper or an easy way to mount one that would be taken off frequently without much hassle so guys could go out and slide and not have fear of ruining an 400 dollar bumper. people have been doing this so often/much it became a"cool" look, like in the same fasion as mismatched wheels. usually you saw it because guys were running a spare set to beat on. then after a while guys were doing it for the look not the function. feel me?-in his case zipties are the cheap simple way for him to be able to change it up whenever he wants easily. he just didnt snip the ends off, no biggie.its nothing more than cheap efficiency.feel free to correct me guys

All I know is those boso pipes are epic.

And hilarious when people look at you like you're crazy when you go out.

+1 for doing something ridiculous for fun and the "don't see that every day" factor

This is a poll thread.

It gets bumped every time someone votes.

the car has no bumper support, so the bumper has to attach to the fenders, to stay up.
