First off, Scranton HIN is this coming weekend! Me and Matt (Phenom) are doing the show together. Who else is coming out to support Nico? Just as E-town, I'm hoping to have a booth setup withe AltimaCoupe.com banner proudly waving! I'm also going to have Nico shirts for sale too!

Also..almost a year and over $1K later, here are the long awaited headlights that I wanted originally. I was hoping to have them ready for the E-town HIN but that didn't happen. I've been working on these babies for almost 5-6 weeks but it was worth the wait. Hope you guys enjoy them as much as I do!

Color matched housing..yes that's the ED CF vented hood too!

350Z inspired amber LED side marker light

If you look closely, the LED strip is in the headlight housing, not exposed to the elements. It's "sandwiched" between the lens and the inside housing itself.

Holy s*** Dangeris!!! Even though I knew it was coming, that just amazed me. Amazing work on the lights (I know Brian loved saying that you worked on them) Im up in the air on how I feel about the hood now, at first I thought that Loop's idea would look great (which it still would), but the all CF look is beautiful as well. Did you decide what you were going to do with that yet?

PS: Need a night shot of the lights and LEDs on

Thanks for all the compliments guys. These lights were a pain in the a$$ to do but it was worth the wait. I'll get some night shots tonight of the lights and post them.

As for the hood, I was very surprised by the weight of the OEM aluminum hood..I'd say about 10lbs. Not sure though as I did not have a scale near by to accurately measure the weight. However, the CF hood was definitely lighter!

Yeah, I was loving the idea of getting the hood painted as well like loop but after seeing the hood installed, I'm also up in the air about it now. My aero-catch hood pins should be in sometime this week. Maybe I can get that installed too before the show

WOW!

Darryl, I think you just opened a new can of worms now with that CF Hood. Ur gonna wanna wrap all the black you have on your car with CF now... like the middle part of your Fascia, the roof, etc, etc...

Those Headlights loook AMAZING!!! By far the best looking ones to date...

I think the OEM hood is 25lbs you have the ED cf hood so I'm not sure how much it weighs but the AIT cf hood is about 16lbs, but they are probably around the same.

You're probably right. I lift weights so when I lifted the hood, it didn't weight practically anything..to me at least..

HAHAHA! This just made this thread THAT much better!

Wow, those lights are INCREDIBLE!!! The whole look of your car was just raised to a 40k Car, that is NUTS!!! I love it!

I agree though...a CF wrap on the stillen grille would really kick this off, especially in the center parts.

Sheesh, I just scrolled down again...Awe... I am in utter awe of the look.
