95 240sx SR20 -Will not start or turn over, ignition kill?, flashing headlights

I need some help getting my car to start. It is a 95 240sx with a sr20 swap, magazine car. I was cleaning it one day and for some reason it wouldnt start. The car wont turn over, the battery is good, the dash all lights up, fuel pump gets going, but no ignition.

When I try to start it, the engine doesnt turn over and the head lights will flash continuously (car does not have factory horn attached, just in case it might be an indicator of the factory alarm). Not sure if it is alarm related, but I also unplugged the brain from my viper alarm, but no effect. Could this be an ignition kill system?

I was going to say the factory alarm.

Same thing happened to me at Walmart a few weeks ago.

I closed the door and then unlocked it with my key, got in and the lights stopped blinking and the car turned over

Yep, that would be your factory alarm going off. If you don't have the factory key fob you have to find out the manual reset procedure, it should tell you in the owners manual. If you don't have an owners manual I can check mine for you.

Thanks all for the advice, I figured it might be the factory alarm. The problem is that the door handles were shaved and the unlock mechanism was pulled out of the door, so I cant do the unlock procedure. I also dont have the factory fob. Is there another way? Can I order a fob from Nissan?
