Hello, my first Z32 chassis, been on the forums for my old datsuns and 350z, but finally purchased my dream Z.

It is a 1991 300zx, 2+0, 5 speed, T-top, 1 owner vehicle, and has been in texas all of its life. Vehicle runs like new, and has a laundry list of maintenance that has been done since 1991. It is in the best shape of any Z32 I have seen in person, except for the fact it was hit by a drunk driver in the front before I purchased it. My question being, what is going to be the easiest way to fix this damage? My plan is to purchase a TT front clip and do a full overhaul / build of the engine before installing. Is it possible to weld in the new TT front clip, or better to just swap all parts that I need? Extent of the damage is the fenders, driver side headlight, hood, headlight housing, bumper, bumper support crash bar, radiator upper support, and radiator. The pictures attached are before I tore into the car, since then I have removed the other fender, bumper, bumper support, and radiator fan shroud, with the shroud out of the way the engine starts and runs shockingly well, radiator pukes fluid from a hole, and obviously the airbag light is from the sensor being disconnected but the airbag didn't deploy shockingly. I will upload pictures of the damage found after removing the exterior parts later today.

- The underside of the chassis, lower radiator support, and frame have no damage, alignment still shows within specs, and vehicle drives straight shockingly.

Any advise or insight as to how to go about fixing it is greatly appreciated, I have an extensive technician background, have access to any tools needed, and have access to a bodyshop through Infiniti since I work here if needed, but I would prefer to do all work myself.

I fixed your image links, please read through the above link on how to post pics.

As for your car the issue you'll have is not with the parts, those can be replaced and are available new and used, the issue will be with getting the upper core support, fender support, and headlight bucket to line up correctly so you don't have any wierd gaps, a good body-man can make it happen and unless you really want to practice and learn on this car I would suggest that you take it to a pro.

I appreciate you fixing the pictures, I thought I did it correctly, will read up for future reference though! Getting it straight through measuring and trial and error on the install of parts lining up doesn't bother me, I am just not knowledgeable on this model regarding how interchangeable the front end is. Once I start tearing into it more and start removing items I'll have a better understanding, just wanted to see if there were any notorious hidden bolts, or tricks to get anything off easier. If I can source individual parts that will be the route I go, but I have found locally a few "bare bone" front core supports that are complete from the fenders up, including all brackets, upper and lower, and the headlight brackets as well all still intact. On this model is it just tack welds and bolts? Or would I physically be welding the entire thing in place? I have searched every forum for Z's and only found information regarding firewall forward RHD conversions, and 240sx front clip swaps.

I've been into my TT twice, and NA once but damage has always been "bent/broken/replace" and no welding needed, or frame damage.
You'll find mostly full welded in support pieces up front, and most mech parts bolted or clamped on- pretty easy work except for the VERY tight working quarters either car, TT worst of course with piping.
Great news that you have the necessary support pieces as your damage is pretty severe, but so much that I'd get the frame checked for alignment before even considering the repair- the damage is far worse than mine was either time and it may just be beyond a casual repair, and need a full frame alignment before the rest of the work (ie may be beyond your repair cost threshold?)
