There should be a lot of room, I had a SSA center mount manifold on my car before the 6boost and I had the flang cut and rewelded further away from the valve covers. Doing so I had a lot of space between valve covers and the strut tower. The only thing I had to was relocated the ps reservoir.

well crap. This manifold is just full of surprises. I just dont see how the center would make too much difference. The flange isnt that much closer on the forward facing. So what do you suggest. Eventually i wanna run an hx40 on an rb25 with this or at least an hx35/40 hybrid. YOu think the hx35 i have now will still fit???

I recently did a GB for that manifold...
When was this?? And how much do they usually go for?? Looks like they do ceramic coat them right? Cause I seen them in black, and your pic shows ss, unless it's some other manifold.

I would be interested, but first I have to do my taxes, and I'm right now in a process of changing jobs.

So what design would you suggest for me? Holset Hy35/HE351CW, has 4" V-band outlet.

Mine is silver ceramic coated, the others are high temp painted. I think the regular price is $1375AUD+fees. I would just go with the front mount because it's easier to install and pipe the w/g. OR just let Kyle know about your concerns and he will adjust accordingly. Check out this manifold in the original GB

I would recommend the center-positioned manifold for anyone running a MAF ahead of their turbo. The forward-positioned just doesn't allow enough room for piping, etc.

The larger turbos that most people run are not large enough to cause conflict with the strut housing or valve covers. Holsets are no different and will fit fine, but a 4-inch elbow is going to be a tight fit between the steering shaft and fire wall. You'll need to figure that out though.

Look up the first 6boost manifold group buy and I posted a bunch of pics on it that show the center-positioned manifold.

Holy $hit, that turbo on the Rb26 is gigantic

I was planing on using the internal gate on the holset. And doing V-band 4" to 3" reducer.

When does the GB end. I'll go look at the other thread now.

if internal i would think forward placement to ease the wastegate solanoid.

but like Matt (darius) said it'll be an issue fitting an intake pipe with a MAF on it. Check for his build thread and you'll see the issues he faced.

I believe the 2nd group buy has ended, since everyone got their manifolds.

(OT... who's replying to who now? )

Oh I dont know, I'm just here for RB dont know about you, LOL

Yeah that's what I was thinking that GB ended, but that's cool, I wouldn't be able to buy it at the moment anyway.

I just seen this thread the other day, and started to look at it LINK-> zer...inessand somehow I ended up here.

Its time to start buying furniture and other stuff so Im offering my turbo manifold to the first person with cash. For those in OKC or the DFW areas I can arrange to get the manifold to you when I am in town or ship it if you wish.

Its a divided T3 turbo flange with a single wastegate outlet. Comes with all of the hardware that 6Boost ships them with (new exh studs and nuts, and a T3 turbo gasket).

PICS:

Price: 900.00 + Shipping and PayPal fees. If youre in DFW or Oklahoma City I can arrange delivery.

Thats half the price of a Full-Race mani and you are still getting amazing performance out of a very well designed and crafted manifold. FAR better quality than any ebay or Peak Performance crap you have seen on the net.
